Starting at Zero

Sometimes when starting things in life it feels like you’re starting at ground zero. A new hobby, a new job, moving to a new location, old debt, or even having another kid later than anticipated. I want to share my insight on this topic, and tell it straight enough that it hits you like a semi truck.

This website is one of the things that I am reffering to when I say that you feel like you’re starting at ground zero. I have never started a website, I have never thought to do a weekly blog, I have never thought to share my experience and thoughts with anyone without reason. But here it goes.

Building these custom homes is a lot like this. We start on site and there is nothing, and its hard to picture the full scale of the project. From a dirt lot that doesnt have anything on it, to a sixteen thousand square foot custom home. Sometimes there is even an old house in the way that impedes the vision of what we have our mind set on. Sometimes it takes a small step, something as small as pulling grade on a fresh location just to decide what level is actually zero. Other times it takes removing items before you can even start.

This weekly newsletter is going to be something that is constantly changing, but I will be leaving all of these blogs up. I want to share insights into the construction industry, I want people to benefit from the work I am putting in to understand these things. Weather it be from entertainment, learning from my mistakes, or even reaching out to share some of their successes.

I have several goals that I want to set for this sight that are going to be benificial for you. I want to share those and my thoughts around them in next weeks post.

Thank you
